Data limits

1. The image must be from Alibaba Cloud OSS. You must use an internal network address within the same region. Cross-region access is not supported.

2. Image size (global limit): The input image cannot exceed 5000x5000 pixels in resolution or 9.5 MB in size. For more information about specific API limits, see the Specific API limit details section.

Call limits

• QPS (Queries Per Second) limit: 10 per user per API.

• Call volume limits:

  • Data API limit: 100,000 calls per day per user per API. To request a higher limit, contact customer service.

  • Console debugging API limit: 200 calls per day per user.

• This feature is restricted to the East China 2 (Shanghai) region.

Specific API limit details

Specific API limits are in addition to the global limits.

• Clarity enhancement

  • Image size limit: Less than 700,000 pixels.

  • The image must be an RGB 3-channel image.

• General matting/Element detection

  • Image size limit: Less than 3 MB. The resolution must be between 32x32 pixels and 2000x2000 pixels.

  • Image format limit: GIF, 8-bit PNG, 16-bit PNG, or 64-bit PNG formats are not supported.

• Portrait segmentation

  • Image formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, and WEBP. Note that 8-bit, 16-bit, or 64-bit PNG formats are not supported.

  • Image size: Less than 3 MB.

  • Image resolution: Between 32x32 pixels and 2000x2000 pixels.

• Resize

  • Image size limit: The input image cannot exceed 2000x2000 pixels in resolution or 3.5 MB in size.

  • The image must be an RGB 3-channel image.

  • The target resolution cannot exceed 2000x2000 pixels.

• Color palette detection

  • Image size limit: The input image resolution cannot exceed 2500x2500 pixels.

  • The image must be an RGB 3-channel image.

• Style transfer

  • Image size limit: The content and style images cannot exceed 1200x1200 pixels in resolution or 3 MB in size.

  • GIF, 8-bit PNG, 16-bit PNG, or 64-bit PNG formats are not supported.

  • Images must be RGB 3-channel images.

• Color enhancement/Color transfer

  • Image size limit: The input image cannot exceed 1200x1200 pixels in resolution or 1.6 MB in size.

  • The image must be an RGB 3-channel or RGBA 4-channel image.

• Style detection

  • Image size limit: The input image resolution cannot exceed 3000x3000 pixels.

  • The image must be an RGB 3-channel image.

• For APIs not listed here, the global limits apply.
