Log on to the Quick Audience console

This topic describes how to log on to the Quick Audience console.

Note

For the best experience, we recommend that you use Chrome 60 or later.

  1. Log on to the console:

    • To log on with an Alibaba Cloud account:

      1. Click : Quick Audience.

      2. Enter your Alibaba Cloud account and password, and then click Log on.1

    • To log on with a Resource Access Management (RAM) user:

      1. Click the Quick Audience logon link and click Log on as RAM User in the figure above.

      2. Enter the password and click Log on.3

      3. Enter your password, and then click Log on.3

  2. Click Enter Quick Audience.image

  3. After you click Enter Quick Audience, the homepage is displayed.image

  4. In the upper-left corner, select a workspace from the drop-down list. Then, select a feature from the top navigation bar.

Homepage Introduction

The homepage is shown in the following figure.

The homepage contains the following sections:

  • My Recents: Provides quick access to features that you have frequently used in the last month.

  • My User Insights:

    • Click Create Dataset or Create Model to open the dataset page, where you can create datasets and models.

      The number of datasets and models that you have created for each type is displayed. You can click a number to go to the corresponding User Analysis page and use these datasets and models to perform user analysis.

    • Click Create Audience to open the Audience Filter page, where you can perform audience filtering.

      The number of audiences that you have created is displayed. You can click the number to go to the Audience Management page. On this page, you can perform basic operations on audiences and push audiences.

  • My User Marketing:

    • Click Create Private Marketing Task or Create Ad Marketing Task to open the corresponding marketing page, where you can create marketing tasks for various channels.

      The number of marketing tasks that you have created for each channel is displayed. You can click a number to go to the corresponding marketing task management page.

    • Click Create Automated Marketing Task to open the task configuration page, where you can create automated marketing tasks.

      The number of automated marketing tasks that you have created is displayed. You can click the number to go to the task management page.

  • Omni-channel CDP Marketing Scenarios and Links: Displays the product capabilities in a functional architecture diagram.

  • My Workspace: You can select a workspace in this section or switch workspaces from the upper-left corner of any feature page.

  • Version Guide: Provides guides for the three most recent versions.

  • Help Documents: Provides links to help documents for common features. You can click a link to go to the Quick Audience Help Center, where you can find help documents for all available features.

  • Latest Cases: Explains the role of Quick Audience in digital consumer operations through case studies.

Buttons in the upper-right corner

By default, four icon buttons and a profile picture are displayed in the upper-right corner of each page.

From left to right, their functions are as follows:

  • Management Hub: A shortcut to the Management Hub.

  • Message Hub: Includes My Approvals, My Requests, and log sync alarms. For more information, see the Message Hub document.

  • Help: Includes links to the help documents and version guides for this product on the Alibaba Cloud official website, and a link to the novice guide page.

  • Language: Currently, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English are available.

  • Profile picture: Hover over the profile picture to view the user nickname, username, user role, and product usage status. Click Log Out to log out.

Note

In addition to the default buttons, if you have activated V4, the Try New Version button appears in the upper-right corner of all V3 pages. You can click this button to switch to V4.
