Living Link users can manage, use, and delete data generated on the platform. This document describes the data deletion process.
You can delete the following types of data:
- Projects that you create and their basic information. You cannot delete a project if it contains a product that is in mass production.
- Products that you create and their basic information, such as function definitions, user interface (UI) styles, alert configurations, and network provisioning guides. You cannot delete published products. However, this restriction does not apply to configurations related to Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), such as alert configurations, UI styles, and network provisioning guides.
- Configuration settings for associating an app with a product.
- Service runtime logs from user operations. You cannot delete these logs. The maximum retention period is 30 days.
Deletion process
- Project, product, and associated configuration information is logically deleted. This means that after a deletion operation, the raw data records are retained in the database. This data is currently retained indefinitely.
