Your starting level at the beginning of each month is based on the total number of new customers you referred in the previous month.
Throughout the month, your level is updated in real time. If you refer enough new customers to meet the threshold for the next level, your level increases immediately. More referrals result in higher commissions. The new commission rules for Alibaba Cloud Ambassador took effect at 00:00 on February 1, 2024. A referred customer is considered a valid new customer if their paid order amount is CNY 30 or more.
Level 1: Unlimited users
2. Level 2 (L2): 3 or more valid new customers.
3. Level 3 (L3): 10 or more valid new customers.
4. Level 4 (L4): 30 or more valid new customers.
