How to confirm customer associations and rewards

In the Alibaba Cloud Ambassador console, go to My Customers to check your customer associations. After a customer completes authentication, the association status shows whether they are a new or existing user. You can also view the association epoch. Only orders placed during the association epoch are eligible for rebates. Go to My Orders to check which orders are eligible for rewards.

Note: Customers on the My Customers page are identified by account. The final reward is based on the customer associated with the rewarded orders on the My Orders page. View rebates
