1. What are the limits for images?

Image size limits:

• Pixels: Up to 5000 × 5000

• File size: Up to 9.5 MB

• Formats: jpg/jpeg/png/bmp

2. How long are result images stored?

Result images are stored for 72 hours. After this period, they may be purged at any time. You should transfer the result files to your own storage server after you receive them.

3. Can the validity period for result images be extended?

The validity period cannot be extended online. If you need an extension, contact Alibaba Cloud Customer Service.

4. Are there charges during the public preview period?

The APIs available during the public preview are free of charge.
