This topic describes the basic information and features of DevHelper.
DevHelper is a development toolkit built on the mPaaS framework. It integrates a set of tools to help developers solve common problems. The toolkit is included with the mPaaS plug-in (Learn about DevHelper features). After you connect your project to mPaaS or create a project using the mPaaS plug-in, you can add DevHelper to your project (Learn how to use DevHelper). You can use DevHelper for debugging and development assistance.
DevHelper has the following limitations:
DevHelper supports only the component-based Portal&Bundle connection type.
DevHelper does not support multiple CPU architectures.
DevHelper is in a maintenance phase. No new versions will be released.
In an application, DevHelper appears as a floating window. You can click the floating window from any interface to open the DevHelper homepage.
