This topic describes how to enable or disable instance allocation on a host in an ApsaraDB for MyBase dedicated cluster.
Background
- To perform maintenance on a host or prevent it from receiving new instances, disable instance allocation for it on the Hosts page.
- You can re-enable instance allocation to allow the host to accept new instances.
Note By default, instance allocation for a host is Enabled.
Procedure
- Log in to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.
- In the upper-left corner of the page, select your region.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Hosts.
- Find the host that you want to manage and choose .
- Select Disabled or Enabled, and then click OK.
