Pricing

Cloud Conferencing is available on a subscription basis and is priced according to concurrency. Log on to the console to make a purchase.

The price is CNY 150 per concurrent user per month, with a minimum purchase of two concurrent users. Each concurrency unit lets you create up to 1,000 user accounts.

Note:

Concurrency: The total number of participants across all simultaneous meetings. For example, assume you host three meetings at the same time: Meeting A, Meeting B, and Meeting C. If Meeting A has 20 participants, Meeting B has 5 participants, and Meeting C has 10 participants, the total concurrency is 35 (20 + 5 + 10).
User account: An account created using an API. Users need an account to join a meeting. The number of user accounts that you can create is determined by your purchased concurrency. Each concurrency unit lets you create up to 1,000 user accounts. For example, if you purchase 20 concurrency units, you can create up to 20,000 user accounts (20 × 1,000) during your subscription period.

Billing example

For a one-year subscription that supports 100 concurrent users, the price is calculated as follows:

Total Price = Unit Price × Number of Concurrent Users × Number of Months = 150 × 100 × 12 = CNY 180,000
