Add an ICP number
According to the Administrative Measures for the Filing of Non-commercial Internet Information Services, you may be fined CNY 5,000 to CNY 10,000 by the relevant authorities if you do not display an ICP number at the bottom of your website. This topic describes how to add an ICP number to a website that is hosted on a Hangzhou node for access from mainland China.
Steps to add an ICP number
Websites hosted on China (Hong Kong) nodes do not require an ICP number. Therefore, the ICP Filing Information page is not available for these nodes.
If your ICP filing is registered in Guangdong Province, display the entity ICP number at the bottom of your website. For all other provinces, display the website ICP number.
Log on to the website console. In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the domain name management page.
Go to Website Management > ICP Filing Information, enter your ICP number, and click Save.
Click Publish in the upper-right corner of the Web AppBuilder console. The ICP number and a link to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) are automatically added to the page, as shown in the following figure.
