Manage data export tasks
Use the Log Service console to start, stop, and monitor Time Series Database (TSDB) data export tasks, and to troubleshoot issues using error logs.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
Both Log Service and TSDB are purchased
Log Service and TSDB are deployed in the same region — cross-region configurations cannot exchange data
At least one data export task has been created in the Log Service console
Open a data export task
Log in to the Log Service console.
Select the project and Logstore for which the data export task was created.
Click the right arrow next to the target Logstore to expand the drop-down list.
Click Export > TSDB, then click the name of the target data export task.
The task management page opens. From this page, you can start or stop the task, view error logs, and monitor task status.
Troubleshoot a failed export task
If a task fails or stops unexpectedly, check the error logs on the task management page to identify the cause. After you identify the cause, start the task again from the task management page.

Performance metrics displayed in the console reflect task activity with a delay.
