Mass-produce devices-Link Living-阿里云帮助中心

After you develop and test the product features, you can begin mass production. Follow these steps to mass-produce Link Visual devices.

Prerequisites

You have created a product in the console and configured its features and parameter settings. For more information, see Create a product and configure an app.
You have completed the device-side development for Link Visual. For more information, see Device-side development.

Purchase activation codes

Log on to the IoT Platform console.
Select the project that contains your Link Visual product and click Service Center.
Find the Link Visual service and click View Details.
In the Service Flow section, click Purchase Video Activation Codes. Purchase one video activation code for each camera. For more information, see Activation code billing.

Production Devices

On the Link Visual Service Details page, in the Service Flow section, click Mass Production Management.
Under Video Activation Codes, in the Usage section, click Batch Production for the product.
Note
- The IoT Platform supports two provisioning methods: device-specific certificates (default) and product-specific certificates. To change the provisioning method, see Mass-produce devices.
- Before mass-producing Network Video Recorder (NVR) products, you must publish the NVR product and the corresponding IP Camera (IPC) product that connects to the NVR.
- When you mass-produce NVR products, the corresponding IPC products that connect to the NVR are also mass-produced. You cannot mass-produce these IPC products separately.
Configure the mass-production quantity.

After you click OK, you are redirected to the Production Records page.
Download the device certificates to your local computer.
1. On the Production Records page, click View for the product.
  
  Note For an NVR product, click View for the NVR product to download the merged device certificates for the NVR and its connected IPC products.
2. Click Download Activation Codes to download the Excel file that contains the device certificates.
  
  Note For an NVR product, click Download Merged Device Certificates to download the merged device certificates for the NVR and its connected IPC products.

What to do next

After mass production, you must provision your devices with the device credentials. For details about the specific provisioning method, contact the manufacturer of the module that you selected for your device.
