To attach Quick Audience to Data Bank, provide the following information: brand owner name, brand name, Data Bank account, and Data Bank token.
To activate Data Bank for your brand, contact your Alibaba Cloud business representative to sign up.
Follow these steps to obtain a Data Bank access token:
Log on to Data Bank. For data security, you must log on with the root account of the E-commerce Department Default Group to view the token.
Go to the access token page.
On the QuickAudience Access Token page, copy an unused token.
NoteA token is valid for 24 hours. After a token expires, the system generates a new one. You must attach the token before it expires.
Each token can be used for only one attachment.
If you have multiple Brand Databank accounts, verify that you are logged on to the correct account.
