AIPL Model Filtering lets you filter audiences based on the AIPL model. You can filter by customer type or by transition.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspace > User Insights > Audience Management > Audience Filter.

  2. Click the Model Filtering tab and select AIPL Model. From the drop-down list on the right, select a dataset.

  3. Select By Customer or By Transition.

    • If you select By Customer, select the customer types. The final audience is the union of the selected types.

      Note

When you filter by customer type, the audience data is calculated based on the current date.

    • If you select By Transition, first select a date range. Then, select the customer transition types, such as Awareness, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty, or Churn. The final audience is the union of the selected types.

  4. The selected conditions appear in the Selected Conditions section on the right, along with the corresponding number of users. To delete a condition, hover over it and click Remove.

  5. Enter a name and description for the audience. Select a folder to save the audience in and an associated sub-activity. Specify whether the audience is public. Select the ID type for the saved audience. Click Save to finish.

    Note
    • The ID type for the saved audience must be one of the ID types in the dataset. If you select an ID type that is not a user identity, the final number of audience members may differ from the number shown during filtering, which is based on user identities.

    • For pushes and automated marketing, you can use the saved ID type for the audience, along with other ID types available in the source dataset.
