Create a push task to send an audience to the Ocean Engine ad platform.

Procedure

  1. Go to Workspace Management > User Marketing > Ad Marketing > Ocean Engine and click Create Push Task.

  2. Configure the parameters as described in the following table.

    Parameter

    Description

    Task Name

Enter a name for the task. This name helps you identify the purpose of the task.

    Select Audience

Select the audience to push to Ocean Engine. The corresponding ID type and quantity are displayed below.

Make sure that the ID type and its encryption method are supported. Supported formats include International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) (plain text/MD5), identifier for advertisers (IDFA) (plain text/MD5), phone number (plain text/SHA256), and Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID) (plain text/MD5). Otherwise, the push may fail.

    Associate Sub-campaign

Select a main campaign, and then select one or more sub-campaigns under it to associate with the task. Independent sub-campaigns are listed under - at the end of the main campaign list. For more information about campaigns, see the Marketing Campaign document.

    AES Encryption

Select whether the IDs are encrypted using AES.

If the IDs are AES-encrypted, they must be decrypted before being pushed. Decryption requires an AES key. For information about how to configure an AES key, see Organization Settings.

    Select Account

Select one or more Ocean Engine accounts to which the audience will be pushed. If you select multiple accounts, the audience is pushed to all of them simultaneously.

    Expand Audience

    The default value is No.

    Note

Audience expansion is no longer supported. This feature previously created a new audience after the original audience was pushed to Ocean Engine. The new audience was generated by applying a look-alike model to the original audience and expanding it to a specified size. This process did not affect the original audience.

    Name After Push

Enter the name for the audience as it will appear in Ocean Engine after the push. This name helps you identify the audience.

    Description After Push

Enter the description for the audience as it will appear in Ocean Engine after the push.

  3. Click Submit Push Task to start the push.

Log in to Ocean Engine and go to the Asset > Custom Audience Package > Audience List page to view the pushed audience.
