mPaaS adapts its baselines to meet Apple's App Store review guidelines, including Xcode 13 build requirements and UIWebView deprecation.
Apple enforces the following review guidelines for apps submitted to the App Store:

Starting April 25, 2022, all apps submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 13. For more information, see Apple's official announcement.

The App Store has not accepted new apps that use UIWebView since April 2020, and has not accepted updates to existing apps that use UIWebView since December 2020.
