Manage copy packages

You can view all copy packages in the list, but you can only edit or delete the ones you created.

View copy packages

The copy package list displays information about all created packages, such as the package name, package ID, number of copy items, creator, and last update time. In the list, you can search for a package by its name or ID to view its details and the copy items it contains.

In the copy package list, click a package name or the View link in the Actions column to open the package details page and view its copy items.

Copy items in a package are of three types:

• AI-generated: Copy that is automatically generated by the copy generation feature. For more information, see Copy generation.

• Manually added: Copy that is manually added to the package.

• Manually modified: Copy that has been manually edited. When you edit AI-generated or manually added copy items, they change to this type.

Edit a copy package

You can edit the name of a copy package, add or delete its copy items, and modify the content of its copy items.

1. In the copy package list, click the Edit link in the Actions column for the package that you want to edit. The Edit Copy Package page appears.

2. Make changes as needed.

   • Change the package name: Edit the name in the package name input box.

   • Modify a copy item: In the copy configuration list, select the item you want to edit and click Edit. After you modify the content or type, click Confirm.

   • Add a copy item: Under Copy Configuration, click the Add button. Add the copy item, and then click OK. You can also quickly add a new item by clicking Copy for an existing item.

   • Delete a copy item: In the copy configuration list, select the item you want to delete and click Delete.

Delete a copy package

In the copy package list, click the Delete link in the Actions column for the package you want to delete. Confirm the deletion. When you delete a copy package, all copy items within it are also deleted.
