The disaster recovery service includes the following:

Issues related to the Alibaba Cloud console or other official Alibaba Cloud tools.
The disaster recovery service does not include the following:
Code development.
Daily Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for third-party software, such as installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Note: For third-party software issues outside the scope of this service, you can log on to the Alibaba Cloud community for a free consultation or contact vendors on the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace for help.
3. Prerequisites
You must request this service at least 10 business days in advance. This allows Alibaba Cloud to assess the feasibility of your business objectives and timeline, and to confirm acceptance of your service request.
If your request involves many resources, you must request the service one month in advance. The specific timeline is subject to negotiation based on a supply chain assessment.
After Alibaba Cloud accepts the service request, you must provide site access, equipment, a non-production environment, remote access channels, permissions, and clear business objectives, such as peak traffic and concurrency. This helps Alibaba Cloud deliver the service.
You must review the project implementation plan from Alibaba Cloud and confirm the plan in writing, for example, by email. Do not reject confirmed technical recommendations or plans without a valid technical reason. This ensures that the service objectives are met on time.
You must execute the optimization and disaster recovery plans according to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure completion within the service period.
As the primary O&M entity, you are responsible for O&M tasks related to your business.
