   The upload time depends on the game file size and your upstream bandwidth. For example, a 50 GB game takes about 2.5 hours to upload.

1. How do I adapt a game, and how long does it usually take?

   After you start the game adaptation process in the console, the cloud gaming platform begins its work, which includes verifying that the game runs correctly and assessing its performance. This process usually takes 1 to 5 business days.

III. Instance purchase issues

1. What sales model does the product use?

   The cloud gaming platform uses a subscription billing method. This is a prepaid model where you pay before you use the service. Before you can use subscription resources, you must create a subscription cloud game cluster instance.

2. How long does it take for an instance to be ready after it is purchased?

   After you purchase an instance, the platform initializes it to improve game performance and user experience. This process takes about 1 to 5 business days.

3. Are there plans to support other purchasing options?

   Alibaba Cloud plans to introduce other billing methods in addition to subscriptions to meet the needs of various scenarios. This will allow more users to enjoy the high-quality services of the cloud gaming platform.

   Game deployment is the process of placing the game package on designated server resources. This process typically takes one business day.

2. After a game is deployed, how can I quickly test it?

   The SDK is not available for online download. To obtain the SDK, contact an Alibaba Cloud sales representative.

   First, create an application in Project Management on the platform. Then, integrate the application's AppKey and AppSecret into your program's code. Finally, use the interfaces described in the SDK documentation to perform authentication and make calls.
