Administrators and users with management permissions can configure permissions for datasets, except for behavioral data datasets. Users can also set management permissions for datasets they create. Authorized users can view their authorized datasets on the Authorized tab of the Datasets page to manage and use them. For a list of available operations, see Manage datasets as an authorized user.

Grant permissions

  1. On the Datasets page, select a dataset, click the 更多 icon, and select Permission Settings.

  2. In the dialog box that appears, select Management Permissions.

  3. The current dataset is selected by default. You can also select other datasets or all datasets.

  4. Select an Authorization Method: By User or By User Group.

    Note

These authorization methods are mutually exclusive. If you grant permissions using one method and then switch to the other, the previous authorization is revoked and only the new authorization takes effect.

The authorized user accounts or user groups for the selected dataset are displayed, along with their authorization validity periods.

    Note

If you select multiple datasets, the accounts or user groups authorized for all selected datasets are displayed. An empty validity period indicates that the datasets have different validity periods. View each dataset individually to check its specific validity period.

  5. Revoke authorization: Click Remove next to an account or user group to revoke its authorization. The change takes effect immediately.

  6. Grant authorization: Select one or more accounts or user groups, set a validity period, and click OK to complete the authorization.

Manage datasets as an authorized user

Once a user is granted management permissions for a dataset, they can use it for tasks such as analysis and filtering. They can also perform the following management operations:

  • User Tag dataset: Edit, Update, Update Settings, Remove, Permission Settings, Push, Push History, Set as Default Dataset.

  • Behavioral data dataset: Edit, Set as Default Dataset, Remove.

  • RFM Dataset: Edit, Update, Remove, Permission Settings, Set as Default Dataset.

  • AIPL Dataset: Edit, Remove, Permission Settings, Set as Default Dataset, and for standard AIPL models, Push and Push History.

  • Product Tag dataset: Edit, Rename, Update, Update Settings, Remove, Permission Settings.

For detailed instructions, see the management documentation for each type of dataset.
