How to complete mPaaS user identity verification-Mobile Platform as a Service(mPaaS)-阿里云帮助中心

mPaaS clients verify your Alibaba Cloud identity before granting access to mPaaS features. Complete the steps below to pass verification.

Starting with Android 10.1.68.10 and iOS 10.1.68.13, the mPaaS client verifies the identity of Alibaba Cloud users. Users who fail verification can no longer use mPaaS features. Follow the instructions below to pass identity verification.

Public cloud user identity verification

Confirm that the mPaaS product is activated.
Download the configuration file again from the mPaaS console. Make sure that the downloaded .config file contains the following four properties:
- mpaasConfigVersion
- mpaasConfigEnv
- mpaasConfigPluginExpired
- mpaasConfigLicense
Import the newly downloaded configuration file into your project.
- For Android projects, upgrade com.android.boost.easyconfig:easyconfig to version 2.8.4 or later. Then, use the Android Studio mPaaS plugin to import the .config file again.
- For iOS projects, import the .config file into the project again.

Note

Make sure that the runtime packageName (for Android) and bundleId (for iOS) of your project match the packageName and bundleId in the .config file.
The .config file is automatically generated by the console. Do not modify its contents. If you must modify the .config file, search for group ID 145930007362 to join our DingTalk group for assistance.

Finance Cloud and Gov Cloud user identity verification

mPaaS is available on Alibaba Finance Cloud and Alibaba Gov Cloud. To use these editions, verify your Alibaba Cloud account first.

Become a verified Finance Cloud user

Fill out the Finance Cloud verification request form. After your request is approved, log on to the mPaaS console.
Become a verified Gov Cloud user

Fill out the Alibaba Gov Cloud platform onboarding request form. After your request is approved, you can activate the Gov Cloud edition of mPaaS.
