An SMS signature identifies the sender of a text message. The signature is displayed with the message content.
On the Signature Management page, you can add SMS signatures that are already created and approved on an SMS platform to Quick Audience. You can also create new SMS signatures for the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform.
Add an existing signature
If you have an approved SMS signature on the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform or a third-party SMS platform, add it to Quick Audience before you use it for SMS marketing.
Procedure:
Navigate to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > SMS > Signature Management.
In the upper-right corner, click Add Signature > Add Existing Signature.
In the dialog box, select the SMS platform and enter the approved signature.
Click Confirm.
Create a new SMS signature
You can create new SMS signatures for the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform directly in Quick Audience. You do not need to log on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform.
Procedure:
Navigate to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > SMS > Signature Management.
In the upper-right corner, click Add Signature > Create SMS Signature.
Follow the prompts to enter the signature, provide an application description, select the signature source, and upload supporting documents.
Click Submit for Review.
The SMS signature is submitted to the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform for review. The review status is displayed in the signature list.
Manage SMS signatures
The list displays all added or created SMS signatures, including information such as the SMS platform and review status.
You can manage the signatures in the following ways:
Delete: If you no longer need a signature, click Delete and confirm the action to remove it.
Edit: You can edit signatures that failed the review and resubmit them after making changes.
