ActionTrail
On the ActionTrail page, you can view recent management events for clusters, tenants, databases, and accounts. The records include details such as Resource Name/ID, Resource Type, Event Source, Event Type, Event Operation, Event Information, Execution Time, Execution Result, and Result Information.
Background information
ActionTrail records management operations for resources such as clusters, tenants, databases, and accounts. You can view these event records in the user interface to help you troubleshoot problems.
Procedure
In the navigation pane on the left, click ActionTrail to open the event history page.
Search for historical events.
To search for events within a specific time frame, select a time range from the drop-down list or specify a custom range. You can view records from the past 2 years. Each query can span up to one month.
To search by resource name or event information, enter the resource name or keywords from the event information in the search box. Then, click the search icon or press Enter to view the matching records.
Filter historical events.
To filter by Event Source, click the filter icon next to the Event Source column. Select the types to view, and then click OK.
To filter by Event Type, click the filter icon next to the Event Type column. Select the types to view, and then click OK.
To filter by Event Operation, click the filter icon next to the Event Operation column. Select the types to view, and then click OK.
Events are listed in chronological order.
To view events in ascending chronological order (oldest to newest), click the up arrow icon next to Execution Time.
To view events in descending chronological order (newest to oldest), click the down arrow icon next to Execution Time.
To view event details, click an entry in the Event Information column for an event. The details appear in a panel on the right.
