Lucky Draw
This feature is available only to paid customers and is not sold to new customers.
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, you can view all created activities. By default, activities are sorted by creation time in descending order. The following figure shows an example.

Click the Activity Time table header to sort activities by start time in ascending or descending order. The following figure shows an example.

You can search for activity records by time. Click the time filter box, select a start and end date, and then click Apply to filter the records by the selected time period. The following figure shows an example.

Add a lucky draw activity
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click Add Lucky Draw Activity to open the new activity page. The following figure shows an example.

Configure the basic settings, participation conditions, prize settings, draw rules, share settings, prize item settings, and red packet settings. Then, click Save Settings. The following figures show examples.



Basic settings: Enter the activity name, activity rules, and activity time. All fields are required.
Participation conditions: This section is optional. If you do not configure these settings, all users can participate in the activity. If you configure these settings, you can specify which tags are required for participation. After you select the tags, only users with at least one of the specified tags can participate.
Prize settings: Set the prize type to either first-come, first-served or winning probability. For the first-come, first-served type, all participants win a prize as long as prizes are available. For the winning probability type, you can set the total winning rate or the estimated number of participants. The system then calculates a user's winning probability based on the number of prizes and your settings.
Lucky draw rules: You can set the total and daily lucky draw attempts per person, and the rewards for sharing.
Share settings: Set the share thumbnail and share text that appear in the share dialog box when the activity is shared.
Prize item settings: Set the activity prizes, inventory, prize level, and other information. You can add points, coupons, red packets, and physical rewards.
Red packet settings: Set the red packet greeting and sender information. This information is displayed on the red packet sent to the user from the Official Account.
After you save the settings, you are returned to the lucky draw list. The new activity appears as the first record in the list with a default status of Not Started. Users can participate only after the activity is started. The following figure shows an example.
Start or stop an activity
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click the name of an activity that has not started to open its details page. The following figure shows an example.

On the right side of the page, click Start Activity. The following figure shows an example.

After the activity starts, the Start Activity button changes to a Stop Activity button. The following figure shows an example.

On the details page of an active activity, click Stop Activity. In the dialog box that appears, click OK to stop the activity. The following figure shows an example.

After the activity is stopped, the Stop Activity button changes back to a Start Activity button. Users cannot participate in an activity that has been stopped. The following figure shows an example.

Promotion Activities
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click the Promote icon next to the activity. The following figure shows an example.

You can promote lucky draw activities using a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or a QR code. To use a URL, click the Copy button next to the URL. You can then add the activity link to the Official Account menu bar, or paste it into a rich media message or webpage. The following figure shows an example.

To promote using a QR code, download the activity QR code and post it in various online or offline scenarios. The following figure shows an example.

Download a QR code without a logo: You must select a QR code size. You can download QR codes in five different sizes. Select one or more sizes, and then click Download.
Download a QR code with a common logo: Select the Select QR code size and Embed Logo in QR code checkboxes. The first common logo is selected by default, but you can select one of the other four common logos. Click Download to download the QR code. The downloaded file is named "QR_Code_Promotion_Side_Length_Size".
Download a QR code with a custom logo: Select the Select QR code size and Embed Logo in QR code checkboxes. Select Custom Logo, click Add Image, select a logo image, and then click OK. Finally, click Download to download the QR code.
The system automatically saves the logo you last used.
ImportantAfter you add an image, it is automatically saved for future use.
Edit an activity
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click the Edit icon next to an activity with a 'Not Started' status. The edit activity page opens. The following figure shows an example.

On the edit page, edit the activity information and then click Save Settings. The following figure shows an example.

After you save the settings, the activity details page is displayed. You can click Start Activity to start the activity. The activity will then run with the updated information. The following figure shows an example.
View activity details
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click an activity name to open its details page. The following figure shows an example.

On the activity details page, click the Activity Details tab to view the configured details for the activity. The following figure shows an example.

View activity statistics
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click an activity name to open its details page. The following figure shows an example.

On the Lucky Draw > Activity Details > Statistics page, you can view the statistics for the selected activity. The following figures show examples.


In the Activity Trend section, click Views, Participation, Prizes Won, or Shares to view the corresponding trend graph. The following figure shows an example.

Click Prize Records to view a list of all winning entries. The following figure shows an example.

Export activity trend information
In the Activity Trend section, click Export. In the dialog box that appears, select the data you want to export, such as Export View Trend. The following figure shows an example.

A data preparation notification appears in the lower-right corner of the page. When the data is ready, click Download to download the exported file. The following figure shows an example.

Search participation or prize records
You can perform a fuzzy search of the Participation Records and Prize Records lists by a participant's nickname or name. Enter a keyword in the search box and press Enter. The list then displays the records that match the keyword. The following figure shows an example.

You can filter participation records by participation time and prize records by the time the prize was won. To do this, click the time filter box, select a start and end time, and then click Apply. The following figure shows an example.
Sort participation records
By default, participation records are sorted by participation time in descending order. You can click the Participation Time table header to sort the records in ascending or descending order. The following figure shows an example.

Export participation or prize records
Above the participation or prize records list, click the Export icon. The following figure shows an example.

A data preparation notification appears in the lower-right corner of the page. When the data is ready, click Download to download the exported file. The following figure shows an example.

Delete an activity
On the Promotion Activities > Lucky Draw page, click the Delete icon next to an activity. In the dialog box that appears, click OK to delete the activity. The following figure shows an example.
