Question types

  1. Single-choice question:

    1. Settings: You can add multiple options and adjust their order. After saving, you can edit or delete the entire question, or set logic jumps for options.

    2. Logic jump settings:

      • This feature lets users jump to a specific question after selecting an option.

      • An option can only jump to one question. This applies to single-choice, multiple-choice, and image choice questions.

  2. Multiple-choice question: You can set a minimum number of choices. For example, if you set the minimum to 2, the system prompts the user to select more options if they select fewer than two. The user can submit the questionnaire only after they meet the requirement.

  3. Single-line and multi-line text questions: These are used to create open-ended questions. Single-line text questions are often used to collect specific user information. Multi-line text questions are often used to understand user habits in detail. You can create these questions as needed for your brand.

  4. Image choice question: This is a single-choice question that uses images as options. You can only use existing images from the platform's Material Library. You can upload a maximum of six images.

  5. Matrix choice question: This is a two-dimensional combination of options for users to choose from. Both single-choice and multiple-choice formats are supported.

  6. Date question: This question type lets users select a specific date.

  7. Scale question: This question type is used to survey the degree of perception on an issue. Customers can select an option to provide a measure.
