Word Puzzle Campaign
This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer available to new customers.
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, you can view all created campaigns. By default, the campaigns are sorted by creation time in descending order.

Word Puzzle Campaign list
In the Word Puzzle Campaign list, you can perform a fuzzy search for campaigns by Campaign Name.
Click the Campaign Name input box, enter a keyword, and click the Search button. Campaigns that match the keyword appear in the list. The following figure shows an example.
Add a word puzzle campaign
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click Add Campaign in the upper-right corner to open the Add Campaign page. The following figure shows an example.
Click a campaign card to select a campaign type, and then click Confirm. The following figure shows an example.
NoteWord Puzzle campaigns support two types: Scan to Collect and Direct Draw. The Scan to Collect type is primarily for offline events where users scan a QR code to collect a character card. The Direct Draw type is primarily for online events where users can draw a character card directly without scanning a code.
On the Add Campaign page, configure the campaign settings and click Confirm to save. The following figures show an example.
Basic Settings: Includes campaign name, description, campaign rules, and campaign duration.
Rule Settings: You can select the checkbox to ensure a user receives one character card on their first draw and add a wild card.
Character Card Text Settings: Set the text for the character cards.
Character Card Combination Settings: Set character card combinations. Users who collect a specific combination can redeem it for a reward.
Frontend Settings: Set the title and logo image for the user page.
After you create the campaign, you are returned to the Word Puzzle Campaign list. The new campaign appears as the first record in the list. If the current time is within the campaign duration, the campaign status is Active by default. The following figure shows an example.
Promotion Activities
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click the Promote icon next to the campaign you want to promote. The following figure shows an example.
You can promote a Word Puzzle campaign using a URL or a QR code. Clicking the URL or scanning the QR code takes users to the campaign home page. To promote using a URL, select the Copy URL card and click Confirm. The following figure shows an example.
In the dialog box that appears, click the Copy icon next to the link for the desired promotion channel. You can then paste the URL into a message or webpage to promote the campaign. The following figure shows an example.
To promote using a QR code, you can download the QR code. Select the Download QR Code card and click Confirm. The following figure shows an example.
Download a QR code without a logo: You must select a QR code size. The system supports downloading QR codes in five different sizes. You can select all sizes or choose one or more specific sizes, and then click Download to download them.
Download a QR code with a common logo: Select a QR code size and select the Embed Logo in QR code checkbox. The first common logo is selected by default. You can choose one of the other four common logos. Click Download to complete the download.
Download a QR code with a custom logo: Select a QR code size and select the Embed Logo in QR code checkbox. Select Custom Logo, click Add Image, choose a logo image, and click Confirm. Then, click Download to complete the download.
The system automatically saves the logo you last used.
NoteAn added image is automatically saved for future use.
Character card QR codes
Add a character QR code: For Scan to Collect campaigns, you must create character card QR codes for the campaign. You can place these in different locations for users to scan. Different QR codes can have different character distribution rules. A user can scan the same QR code only once. Direct Draw campaigns do not require character card QR codes, and this option is not displayed.
On the Word Puzzle Campaign list page, click the QR code icon next to the campaign to open the QR code page. The following figure shows an example.
On the QR code page, click Add QR Code. The following figure shows an example.
On the Add QR Code page, enter a name for the QR code, set a scan limit, and configure the character distribution rules. Click Confirm to save. The following figure shows an example.
After saving, the new QR code appears in the QR code list. The following figure shows an example.
Download a character card QR code.
Click the Download icon next to the QR code. The following figure shows an example.
In the Download QR Code dialog box, select the promotion channel and size, then click Download. The following figure shows an example.

Edit a character card QR code.
Click the Edit icon next to the QR code to open the Edit QR Code page. The following figure shows an example.
ImportantYou cannot edit the QR code for an active campaign. You must pause the campaign before editing its QR code.
Edit the QR code rules and click Confirm to save. The following figure shows an example.
Delete a character card QR code.
Click the Delete icon next to the QR code. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Confirm to delete the QR code.
ImportantYou cannot delete the QR code for an active campaign. You must pause the campaign before deleting its QR code.
Pause or start a campaign
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click the Pause button next to an active campaign to pause it. The following figure shows an example.
Once paused, the campaign status changes to Stopped. Users cannot participate in a paused campaign. The following figure shows an example.
Click the Start button next to a paused campaign to reactivate it. The following figure shows an example.
Edit an activity
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click the Edit icon next to a campaign to open the Edit Campaign page. The following figure shows an example.
ImportantYou cannot edit an active campaign. You must pause the campaign before editing it.
Edit the campaign content and click Confirm to save. The following figure shows an example.
View campaign statistics
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click the Statistics icon next to a campaign. The following figure shows an example.
In the dialog box that appears, you can view the total number of times each character has been collected and used. The following figure shows an example.
To adjust the inventory of each character in the campaign, modify the Remaining Inventory (Today) quantity and click Confirm to save. The following figure shows an example.
Delete a campaign
On the Promotion Activities > Word Puzzle Campaign page, click the Delete icon next to a campaign. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Confirm to delete the campaign. The following figure shows an example.
