Real-time Monitoring Service (RMS) allows you to configure notification groups for alert rules. After the alert rules are triggered, alert notifications can be immediately sent to the recipients that you specify.
Create a notification group
In the left-side navigation pane, click Manage Alert > Manage Notification Group.
On the Manage Notification Group page, click Create Notification Group. In the panel that appears, set the following parameters:
Notification Group Name: Required. Enter a notification group name.
Contact: Select contacts from the drop-down list.
To create a contact, log on to the administrator background.
DingTalk Chatbot: Enter the webhook URL of a DingTalk chatbot and click Add DingTalk Robot.

Click Save.
After a notification group is created, you can turn on Global Subscription for the notification group on the Manage Notification Groups page. After the Global Subscription switch is turned on, you can subscribe to all alert rules of the current tenant. To turn on Global Subscription for a notification group, perform the following steps:

After a notification group is created, you can perform the following operations on the Manage Notification Groups page:
To view a notification group, click Manage Alert > Manage Notification Group to go to the Manage Notification Groups page.
To search for a notification group, enter a keyword in the search box in the upper-right corner of the Manage Notification Group page and click the search icon.
To modify a notification group, click Edit in the Actions column. In the panel that appears, set the required parameters and click Save.
To delete a notification group, click Delete in the Actions column. In the message that appears, click OK.
NoteAfter a notification group is deleted, all the alert rules that subscribe to the notification group automatically cancel the subscription to this notification group.
