The subscription management feature allows you to view subscriptions of alert notifications in a visualized manner. You can view subscriptions on the following tabs:
All Subscriptions: This tab displays the subscriptions that are added in the current business domain.
My Subscriptions: This tab displays the subscriptions that are added by the current user.

Add subscription
Add subscriptions to the All Subscriptions tab
Log on to the Real-time Monitoring Service (RMS) console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Custom Monitoring. On the Custom Monitoring page, move the pointer over Actions to the right of a monitoring product and select Subscribe to Alert. In the dialog box that appears, subscribe to alert notifications. The added subscription is displayed on the All Subscriptions tab on the Manage Subscription page.
Add subscriptions to the My Subscriptions tab
In the left-side navigation pane, click Application Monitoring. On the Application Monitoring page, click an application on the My Applications or All Applications tab. On the details page of the application, click More in the upper-right corner and select Subscribe to Alerts. On the Subscribe to Alerts page, select your account from the New Subscriber drop-down list. The added subscription is displayed on the All Subscriptions and My Subscriptions tabs on the Manage Subscription page.
