You can view the information about alerts and monitoring products on the Personal Settings page. You can also click Edit to modify the following information:
Basic setting
The Basic Settings section provides the following parameters:
Product Time Zone: the display time of Scalable Open Financial Architecture Stack (SOFAStack) and the time zone for the metrics.
Product Language: the language that is used by SOFAStack.
Alert channel
The Alert Channel section provides three alert channels. You can enable or disable the alert channels. Alert channels support various notification methods, such as DingTalk chatbots, text messages, emails, and phone calls.
Proxy
You can transfer alert notifications and solutions to a user that you specify at a specified point in time.
