An inspection task aggregates inspection rules and lets you change the execution scope and schedule of the rules. You can use the Inspection Tasks module to manage your tasks by creating, editing, cloning, deleting, executing, and scheduling them.
Create a task
Log on to the High Availability Management Console.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Click Create. On the Create Inspection Task page, enter a task name and description. Select a task type and a DingTalk Robot. Then, click Submit. The new task appears in the task list.
Attach inspection rules to the task. A task cannot be executed until rules are attached.
Click the name of the target task to open its details page.
On the Associated Rules tab of the task details page, click Associate Rule.
Select the rules to attach and click OK. The associated rules appear in the rule list.
(Optional) Set a schedule for the task. You can set multiple schedules for a single task. When you add a schedule to an inspection task, the system automatically runs the task at the specified times.
Click the Task Scheduling tab.
Click Create Schedule. On the Create Rule Schedule page, configure the following settings.
Schedule Type:
By Time: The task is executed at a fixed time, for example, 8:00 AM every day.
By Interval: The task is executed at regular intervals, for example, every 8 hours.
cron expression: The task is executed at the time specified by the cron expression. For more information, see cron expressions.
Switch: Enables or disables the schedule.
Click OK.
View task details
On the Inspection Tasks page, click the name of a target task to open its details page. The details page displays the basic information, associated rules, scheduling information, and execution records of the inspection task.
Basic Information: Includes the task name, description, associated DingTalk Robot, creation time, and creator information.
Associated Rules: Displays the rules associated with the current task.
Task Scheduling: Displays the scheduling information for the current task, including the schedule start time, scheduling plan, enabling status, and creator.
Execution Records: Displays the execution records of the task in various states, including the task ID, execution status, status and result summary, and task creation time.
Edit a task
Edit basic information
On the Inspection Tasks page, find the target task and click Edit in the Actions column to modify the task name, description, and associated DingTalk Robot.
Modify associated rules
On the Inspection Tasks page, click the name of the target task to open its details page. On the Associated Rules tab, you can perform the following operations on the rules:
Add associated rules: Click Associate Rules, select the rules that you want to attach, and then click OK. The associated rules are added to the rule list.
Detach rules: Select the rules to detach and click Detach.
Edit attached rules: Find the target rule and click Edit Parameters in the Actions column. Then, configure the rule parameters.
Modify a task schedule
On the Inspection Tasks page, click the name of the target task to open its details page.
On the Task Scheduling tab, select the task schedule.
Click Edit to modify the schedule.
Execute a task
Before you execute a task, ensure that rules are associated with the task and that all related parameters are configured.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Find the target task and click
> Execute in the Actions column.
Clone a task
Daily Inspection lets you create new inspection tasks based on existing ones.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Find the task to clone and click
> Clone in the Actions column.The new, cloned task inherits the rules and schedule settings from the original task.
Delete a task
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Find the task to delete and click
> Delete in the Actions column.
Add task schedules in batches
You can add schedules to multiple inspection tasks at the same time.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Select the tasks to which you want to add schedules and click Batch Add Schedules.
Set the schedule type, time, and enabling status, and then click OK.
Delete task schedules in batches
In the navigation pane on the left, click Daily Inspection > Inspection Tasks.
Select the tasks from which you want to delete schedules and click Batch Delete Schedules.
Click OK.
