When a diagnostic decision tree is executed, the system generates a diagnostic report that records execution information. You can view the execution records for all diagnostic decision trees on the Diagnostic Reports page. These records include the decision tree name, trigger method, diagnostic status, creation time, status summary, result summary, and diagnostic result.

In the navigation pane on the left, click Troubleshooting > Diagnostic Reports to go to the Diagnostic Reports page. You can filter the diagnostic run records by diagnostic task name, diagnostic result, diagnostic status, or trigger method.

View diagnostic report details

On the Diagnostic Reports page, click Details in the Actions column for the target decision tree to view its report details.

The diagnostic report details include two parts:

  • Basic Information: This section includes the execution ID of the diagnostic decision tree, the execution start and end times, the total time elapsed, the diagnostic result, the associated diagnostic plan, and the user who ran the diagnosis.

  • Decision Tree: In the Decision Tree area, you can view the execution flow of the diagnostic decision tree and the execution status of each node (Not Executed, Executing, Diagnosis Passed, or Diagnosis Failed).

Delete a diagnostic report

On the Diagnostic Reports page, click Delete in the Actions column for the target decision tree. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
