What is Quick Tracking
Quick Tracking provides enterprise-grade traffic analytics for apps, websites, mini programs, and IoT devices on Alibaba Cloud.
Overview
Quick Tracking collects and analyzes data from apps, mini programs, H5 pages, websites, and IoT devices. It supports behavior analysis, private tag-based user profiling, performance and experience monitoring, and privacy and collection authorization management.
Raw logs support custom development. Connect them to data processing, BI, and marketing platforms to unify traffic and business data. For private deployment, SaaS, or purchase inquiries, contact us on DingTalk: a6kn0hu.
Features
Alibaba Cloud SaaS and private deployment
Quick Tracking supports two deployment models on Alibaba Cloud: SaaS and private deployment. Pricing: Collection and Analysis Pricing and Specification Guide (Alibaba Cloud China Website) .
The SaaS version is subscription-based. Subscribe to collection and analysis services for a specific period.
Private deployment is available across cloud environments, giving you full ownership of your data assets. Purchase cloud resources based on your data volume and stability requirements.
Multi-terminal collection
Collects data from Web, iOS, Android, and mini program platforms. Supports frontend code instrumentation, Server Tracking, codeless tracking, and visual instrumentation.
Multi-model real-time analysis
Nine self-service analysis models — including event analysis, retention analysis, funnel analysis, and user insights — let you explore data without help from data developers. All models return results in seconds.
Custom development
Quick Tracking supports real-time and offline data consumption for custom development. Consume real-time logs through Simple Log Service (SLS) with second-level latency. Offline data syncs through MaxCompute every 15 minutes, with latency in hours.
Architecture
Quick Tracking consists of four modules: Collection Management, Behavior Analysis, User Profile, and Performance Experience.

Collection Management
Build instrumentation, development and testing workflows, and analysis metadata for websites, apps, and mini programs. For SDK details, see Client SDK Introduction.
Behavior Analysis
Behavior Analysis offers two capabilities:
-
Statistics: Add key business metrics to dashboards for monitoring. Dashboard Overview.
-
Analysis: Self-service analytical models cover common scenarios. Analysis Overview.
User Profile
Create behavior-based user tags, define audiences, and view audience insight reports.
Performance Experience
Monitor app, web, and mini program performance with lightweight integration. Detect crashes, Application Not Responding (ANR) errors, and custom exceptions. Track stuttering, slow startups, memory usage, and network traffic. Intelligent alerts across multiple scenarios and channels help developers reconstruct access paths and business context for affected users, shortening troubleshooting time.
