The User Access page displays key metrics on user interactions with the User Insights and User Marketing modules and lists detailed records of audience downloads.
User access statistics
Click the 
icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Workspace > Workspace > User Access > User access statistics. The page is displayed as shown in the following figure.
This page displays usage statistics for workspace members. The statistics include the number of access days and page clicks in the User Insights and User Marketing modules, the number of datasets and audiences created, the number of pushes to Data Bank, Kafka, and Damengpan, and the number of marketing tasks sent.
By default, the access statistics for all accounts for the current month are displayed. This data is updated daily at 2:00 a.m. and excludes statistics for the current day.
You can perform the following operations:
Select a month in the upper-left corner of the page to view the access statistics for that month.
Select a workspace member from the drop-down list to view the access statistics for that member.
Click Export to export the access statistics that match the current query.
Click the
icon next to a metric to sort the data by that metric in ascending or descending order.
User download details
Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Workspace > Workspace > User Access > User download details. The page is displayed as shown in the following figure.
This page displays detailed records of audiences downloaded by workspace members.
By default, this page displays detailed records of audiences downloaded by all accounts for the current month.
Select a month in the upper-left corner of the page to view the audience download details for that month.
Select a workspace member from the drop-down list to view the audience download details for that member.
Click Export to export the audience download details that match the current query.
