This topic describes how to create a DingTalk account and log on to the DingTalk mobile app.
Prerequisites
Download the DingTalk mobile app. For more information, see the official DingTalk website.
Register a DingTalk account by using a mobile number
Open the DingTalk mobile app.
Tap Create an account at the bottom of the page to register with your mobile number.
Log on to the DingTalk mobile app
After you create an account, open the DingTalk mobile app and log on using one of the following methods.
If you are an enterprise user, log on with your mobile number or a dedicated account.
Log on with a mobile number
Enter your mobile number and password, and then tap Log on.
Log on with a dedicated account
Prerequisites: A dedicated account has been created for you by your organization. For more information about dedicated accounts, see the official DingTalk website.
Tap More options.
Tap Log on with dedicated account.
Enter your organization code and tap Next.
Enter your username and password, and then tap Log on.
Log on with Alipay
Prerequisites: The Alipay app is installed on your mobile device.
Tap Quick logon with Alipay.
You are redirected to the Alipay app to grant authorization.
After you grant authorization, you are automatically logged on.
Log on with a student ID
Prerequisites: You have a DingTalk student ID. For more information about student IDs, see the official DingTalk website.
Enter the student ID and password provided by the system, and then tap Log on.
