The WeChat Official Account Message Component sends WeChat messages.
For tasks triggered by behavioral events, only social interaction events, Mini Program events, and third-party system events support the WeChat Official Account Message Component. The user IDs reported by Mini Program events and third-party system events must include an OpenID.
For tasks triggered by a specific audience, the selected audience or its source dataset must include an OpenID. Otherwise, the message No active ID is displayed when you configure the component.
Data from your WeChat Official Account followers is automatically sent to Quick Audience. Quick Audience then automatically generates a user tag dataset named after the WeChat Official Account. From this dataset, you can create an audience for the WeChat Official Account Message Component using methods such as tag filtering.
Configuration steps:
Click the WeChat Official Account Message Component. The configuration panel appears on the right.
Select the WeChat Official Account to send the message from, set a task name, and choose an article type. Then, configure the message content.
