You can send WeChat template messages. These messages are created by replacing keywords in a template with your text.
Go to Workspace Management > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > WeChat, and then click Create Send Task in the upper-right corner.
Select the Official Account that will send the message and set a task name. The task name does not affect the message content.
Set Article Type to Template Message.
Select a template message that is configured in the WeChat Official Account admin console, and then configure it as follows:
In the text box, enter the content to replace the keywords.
On the right, select the display color for the keywords.
A preview of your message appears on the right.
You can configure a redirect that occurs when a user clicks the template message. To do this, turn on the Enable redirect on click switch and select a Redirect Type:
Redirect to web page: Enter the URL of the destination web page.
Redirect to Mini Program: Enter the App ID of the Mini Program and the path to the specific page.
NoteThe destination Mini Program must be associated with the WeChat Official Account that sends the template message. The Mini Program must also be published. Mini Games are not supported. The page path for the redirect can include parameters, such as `index?foo=bar`.
Select the Recipients. By default, the message is sent to all followers of the Official Account. You can also send the message only to followers in a specific tag group.
You can enable Scheduled Send to send the message at a specific time.
Click Submit Send Task to save the task.
