If you no longer need to evaluate the compliance of resources based on a compliance package, you can delete the compliance package. After you delete a compliance package, all rules in the compliance package are automatically deleted. The original check results and check reports are also automatically deleted.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Config console.
Optional. In the upper-left corner, select an account group.
This operation is required only if you are using a management account of a resource directory. Otherwise, you do not need to perform the operation.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Compliance Package page, find the compliance package to delete, click the
icon in the Actions column, and then select Delete. -
In the Delete Packages dialog box, click OK.
