Quick Audience lets you push user IDs and tags from user tag datasets, user IDs from AIPL models, and audience IDs to your Brand Databank. In Brand Databank, you can manage and analyze brand-based omnichannel consumer assets and apply audiences to various marketing channels within the Alibaba domain. This process integrates online and offline consumer analysis, enables online retargeting, and improves the efficiency of your brand's omnichannel consumer operations. This topic describes how to configure settings for Brand Databank Push.

Prerequisites

  1. You have added a workspace data source. For more information, see Create a data source. Alternatively, you have added an organization data source and granted the workspace permission to use it. For more information, see Authorize data source tables.

  2. You have created a user tag dataset and an AIPL model based on the data source. For more information, see Create a user tag dataset and Create an AIPL model.

  3. You have filtered audiences from the dataset. For more information, see the Audience Filter document.

  4. You have activated Brand Databank. If you have not activated it, see the Activation Guide.

Get a token and bind your account

Before you can push data to Brand Databank, you must bind Quick Audience to a Brand Databank account. An account bound within a workspace can only be used by that workspace.

  1. The binding process requires a Quick Audience access token. First, you must obtain the token.

    1. Log on to Brand Databank. For data security, you must log on with a root account from the E-commerce Default Group to view the token.

    2. Go to the access token page, as shown in the following figure.

    3. From the Quick Audience Access Token page, copy an unused token.2

      Note
      • The token is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, the system automatically updates the token. You must bind the account within 24 hours of obtaining the token.

      • A token can be used for only one binding.

      • If you cannot obtain an access token:

        • Confirm with your service provider (SP) that Brand Databank is activated.

        • If you have multiple Brand Databank accounts, check that you are logged on to the correct account.

  2. You can bind the Data Bank account.

    1. Go to the dataset management page. To do this, choose Workspace > Configuration Management > Data Center > Dataset.

    2. Click the 更多 icon for a user tag dataset or an AIPL model and select Push. Alternatively, on the Audience Management page, click the 13 icon for an audience and select Push, as shown in the following figure.

    3. In the dialog box that appears, select Data Bank from the Push To drop-down list.

      • If the workspace is not bound to a Brand Databank account, a message appears on the right. Click Request Binding, as shown in the following figure.

      • If the workspace is already bound to a Brand Databank account, click the 3 icon on the right to bind a new account, as shown in the following figure.

    4. In the dialog box, read the account binding agreement. Select I have read and agree to the agreement, and then click OK.

    5. Enter the brand owner name, brand name, Brand Databank account, and token.

The Brand Databank account must be the one you used to obtain the token. The brand owner name, brand name, and token must match the information on the Quick Audience Access Token page.6

    6. Click Submit Request.

The binding request must be approved by an organization administrator or a workspace administrator. The administrator can click the 消息 icon in the upper-right corner to open the Message Center. On the Pending Approval tab, the administrator can click Details for the request to start the approval process.

You can click the Message icon in the upper-right corner of the page to open the Message Center. On the My Requests tab, you can view the approval status of your request. Statuses include Pending administrator approval, Approved, Rejected, or Revoked. For requests that are pending administrator approval, you can click Revoke to revoke the request.
