  4. Configure the scheduled meeting.

Configure the meeting title, time, and attendees, and click Done. The meeting is then added to your calendar.

To set up a recurring meeting, click Repeat and select a recurrence period, or select Custom to define your own recurrence.

The scheduling configuration options are as follows:

    • Meeting title.

    • Meeting time. You can check the schedules of attendees on the right to avoid conflicts. You can also configure recurring meetings. For example, if you schedule a meeting from 5:00 to 6:00 every day, DingTalk reserves this time slot for your meeting each day.

    • Add a meeting room. If your organization has registered physical meeting rooms with the DingTalk Smart Meeting Room system, you can select or book a room here.

    • Add meeting participants.

    • Use DingTalk video meeting. If you select this option, you can set meeting access permissions in advance.

    • Meeting reminders. You can set reminders to be sent before the meeting starts, or choose to have no reminders. Reminder methods include in-app notifications, SMS notifications, and phone call notifications.

    • Meeting description.

  5. Click Done to create the scheduled meeting.

After the meeting is created, you can obtain the meeting ID, join link, and other information required to join.
