DingTalk provides a standard view, a grid view, and a speaker view. This topic describes how to switch between these views.
Prerequisites
Create or join a DingTalk meeting.
For more information, see Create a meeting and Join a meeting.
Feature differences
In Standard View, a list of participant thumbnails appears at the top of the screen. The main interface is simplified and the speaker's video is enlarged. This view helps you focus on the meeting content.
In Grid View, all participants are displayed in a grid. On macOS, the grid supports up to 5×5 for 25 participants. On Windows, the grid supports up to 3×3 for 9 participants.
In Speaker View, the video of the person who is currently speaking is enlarged on the left side of the screen, and the videos of other participants are displayed on the right.
Procedure
On the meeting screen, click View in the upper-right corner.
Click Standard, Speaker, or Grid.
