To prevent interruptions or unwanted screen sharing, DingTalk allows the host or co-host to manage screen sharing permissions for participants. This topic describes how to set these permissions.
Prerequisites
Create or join a DingTalk meeting.

Procedure
Only the host or co-host can manage screen sharing permissions.
On a mobile device
1. On the DingTalk mobile app, go to the video meeting screen. Tap More > Security. Under Allow Members to, enable or disable Initiate Share.
On a computer
On the DingTalk desktop client, go to the video meeting screen. Click Security, and then select or clear the Initiate Share checkbox.
When the Initiate Share feature is enabled, participants can share their screens. If this feature is disabled, only the host or co-host can share their screen. This setting is enabled by default.
