• User Insights

  • AIPL datasets now support channel source settings. For more information, see Create an AIPL dataset.

    For existing AIPL datasets, the channel source is set to omnichannel by default and can be edited.

  • AIPL Model Management provides an operation to remove the standard status of an AIPL model. You do not need to set an AIPL model as standard to push it to Data Bank.

  • The rules for pushing AIPL datasets to Data Bank have changed. For more information, see Push AIPL datasets.

Version restrictions

This upgrade applies only to the Standard Edition of Quick Audience.
