Use the Message Center to view and process all requests pending your approval.
On any page in Quick Audience, click the
icon in the upper-right corner to open the Message Center panel.NoteA red dot on the icon indicates that you have requests pending approval. These should be processed promptly.
On the Pending Approvals tab, view the list of requests that require your approval.
Click Details to view the details of a request.

Click Approve or Deny to complete the approval process.
