• User Insights

  • When you configure RFM dataset parameters, the Recent (days) input box is removed if the data table contains customer data.

  • By default, all tags in the first tag category are expanded when you perform Perspective Analytics on tag datasets.

  • You can save new audiences created by intersecting or merging existing audiences regardless of audience size. The previous minimum of 25 members no longer applies.

  • Audience supports batch update and batch delete. For more information, see Audience Basic Features.

• Interaction Optimization

  • The positions of the Management Hub and Message Hub buttons in the top-right corner of the page have been swapped.
