How to manually release an ApsaraDB MyBase for MySQL instance-ApsaraDB for MyBase(MyBase)-阿里云帮助中心

You can release instances that run on the hosts in ApsaraDB MyBase for SQL Server dedicated clusters based on your business requirements.

Prerequisites

An ApsaraDB MyBase for MySQL instance must be created. For more information, see Create an ApsaraDB MyBase for MySQL instance.

Important

When you release an instance, its data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Before you release the instance, create a backup and download the backup file to your local computer. For more information, see Back up a MySQL instance and Download a backup.

Procedure

Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select a region.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Instances > MySQL. Use one of the following methods to release the instance.
- Find the target instance and in the Actions column, choose More > Release Instance.
- Find the target instance and click Details in the Actions column. On the Basic Information page, in the Status section, click Release Instance.
- Find the target instance and click Details in the Actions column. In the left-side navigation pane, click Service Availability. Hover over the target instance and click Delete.
  
  Note
  This method is available only for Master-replica Edition instances.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
