Statement on compliance with regulatory requirements for using Alibaba Cloud Finance Cloud services

According to the Notice of the People's Bank of China on Publishing Financial Sector Standards and Strengthening the Standardized Administration of Finance Cloud (Yin Fa [2020] No. 247), you must comply with relevant regulations from the regulator when selecting Finance Cloud services. You must not use Finance Cloud services for an information system if that system involves state secrets, work secrets, or information related to important strategic decisions. This prohibition also applies if a system failure or information leakage would have a significant impact on national financial security, or if a system failure could cause a major loss of public funds and leakage of private information. Furthermore, you must not use Finance Cloud services for a system if financial regulatory authorities explicitly prohibit it.

Alibaba Cloud may update this statement to reflect changes in national and local financial regulations.
