View a scan report

Prerequisites

A build pipeline that includes a static code scan task has been run. For more information, see Run a pipeline.

Procedure

1. Log on to the EMAS console. From the product list, select Cloud Build and click Enter to open the Cloud Build page.

2. On the application console, open the Pipeline List tab to view all pipelines for the application.

3. In the Related operations column of the pipeline, click Details. The Pipeline Overview page is displayed by default.

4. Select Execution History. The Execution History tab opens.

5. View the list of pipeline execution records.

6. In the Operation column, click View Details to open the Run Instance Details page. The pipeline instance ID, for example, PISxxx, is displayed in the upper-left corner.

7. In a pipeline task area, such as Build Application, click View Scan Report to open the Code Scan Overview page.

8. On the Code Scan Overview page, you can view the defect distribution and the defect list.

   1	Shows the number of defects: Total Defects: The number of Blocker, Critical, Major, and Minor defects:
   2	A bar chart proportionally displays the number of defects for each severity level. This provides a visual overview of the distribution.
   3	The list shows detailed information for each defect.

9. Click View Details to view details about an issue.

   

10. Click to the right of the code block to view detailed information about the defective code.
