Daily billing (pay-as-you-go)
AntChain Custom Contract Service uses a daily, pay-as-you-go billing method. This billing cycle lets you activate and stop the service at any time to better plan your budget and save costs.
Billing rules
Billing starts when you activate the service. You are charged for a full day if the service is active at any time between 00:00 and 24:00 (UTC+8). Usage for less than a full day is billed as a full day. Because the Custom Contract Service depends on the BaaS service, it becomes unavailable if your BaaS service expires or has an overdue payment. The Custom Contract Service stops at the same time as the BaaS service.

Billing cycle
Bills are generated daily. At a fixed time each day, the system calculates the fees from the previous day (00:00 to 24:00), generates a bill, and automatically deducts the amount from your account balance. The actual settlement time may vary. If your account balance, which includes your Alibaba Cloud account balance and any coupons, is insufficient to pay the bill, your account becomes overdue.
To avoid frequent overdue payments, we recommend that you add sufficient funds to your account to cover at least one month of estimated costs.
Overdue payments
If your account has an overdue bill, you cannot use the AntChain Custom Contract Service. Overdue payments can also affect other Alibaba Cloud products that are associated with the same account. To prevent service interruptions, top up your account and pay the overdue bill as soon as possible.
