Create a new evidence storage contract service

Go to the smart contract marketplace

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud BaaS console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Ant Blockchain > Contract Chain to go to the My Consortiums page.

  3. In the Operation column for the target consortium, click Manage. A list of all chains in the consortium is displayed.

  4. Select a target chain. In the Operation column, click More > Smart Contract Platform to go to the Smart Contract Marketplace.

First-time creation

After you select a target blockchain and go to the smart contract marketplace, you can create a new contract service and deploy it to the blockchain. When you create a contract service for the first time, a new application is automatically created and associated by default. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Go to the Smart Contract Service Marketplace for the target chain. Select the Structured Evidence Storage template and click Create Contract Service.

  2. On the wizard page, follow the instructions to deploy the evidence storage contract and create an application.

    1. Wizard 1: Enter a service name and click One-Click Deployment.

      Important

      This operation cannot be rolled back after the deployment to the chain.

    2. Wait for the application to be created.

      Note

      You can also click View Application Creation Result to go to the Application Authorization Management page and view the progress.

    3. The application is created.

      Click the Complete button to go to the My Contract Services page. On this page, you can view the new contract service that is deployed to the chain.

Subsequent creations

When you create a contract service for the first time, a new application is automatically created and associated by default. For subsequent contract service creations, a new application is not automatically created and associated.

To create a new application and associate it with the new contract service, see Application authorization management.

  1. Go to the Smart Contract Service Marketplace for the target chain. Select the Structured Evidence Storage template and click Create Contract Service.

  2. On the wizard page, follow the instructions to deploy the evidence storage contract.

    1. Wizard 1: Enter a service name and click One-Click Deployment.

      Important

      This operation cannot be rolled back after the deployment to the chain.

    2. The contract service is deployed.

      Click the Complete button to go to the My Contract Services page. On this page, you can view the new contract service that is deployed to the chain.
