Launch Analysis tracks the average launch duration for both the first and subsequent launches of your app, measured in milliseconds (ms). You can analyze this data by application platform and version.
Launch Analysis supports the iOS, Android, and Harmonyplatforms.
First launch: An app's first launch after installation.
Subsequent launch: Any launch after the app's initial launch.
View the launch analysis report
To view the Launch Analysis report, follow these steps:
Log in to the console, navigate to Products & Services > Mobile PaaS (mPaaS), and then select your app.
In the left navigation pane, select Performance Monitoring > Launch Analysis.
On the Launch Analysis page, select an application platform, version, and time range. Then, click the First Launch or Subsequent Launch tab to view the data.
To export the report, click Export Data in the upper-right corner. The report downloads as an Excel file.
Metric definitions
Launch Analysis provides the following metrics:
Launch Duration (ms): The average launch duration for your app over a selected time range. If no time range is selected, it shows the daily average from 00:00 to the current time.
Top 5 Launch Durations by Device Model: This bar chart shows the five device models with the longest average launch durations.
The detailed launch duration report displays the average launch duration for your app, broken down by device model. It lists the device type, platform, and launch duration. You can sort the report by launch duration.
